Together we find you the land, organize the purchase and build your LEED's certified pre fab green home with proven designs and features.

But we know that is not enough.

So we started brain storming, how we can really change the way that we build homes and provide green quality for every price range? We thought, well it is not a new idea, just a new twist.

Let's get a group of interested people who want to own these homes together. The more people we can coordinate who want to own a green prefab home, the more we save on building them. The more we save, the more people there are who can now afford them. This is a Win - Win. With enough people, we can be build healthy houses for less than other houses cost all over the city.  

Why not do that for townhomes. We have a green design for that as well. Share the cost of the land and property taxes with other like minded folks. With 4-7  people and we can put up an green townhome complex. You will be ahead of the market, have built in equity and address global warming all at the same time.

This is one way we are working toward providing more energy efficient, resource responsible, healthy homes in our cities.
